South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands: no data yet on its money toward Ukraine or Russia

Questions

Why is there no number for the South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands?

There is no observation of its own for the war years: no customs or partner records of its trade with Russia or Ukraine, no aid, no refugees counted. Nothing is counted, it is not ranked, and it is drawn hatched on the map.

Does the South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands have sanctions on Russia?

The South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands is a British overseas territory: the UK's sanctions on Russia apply there through the Russia (Sanctions) (Overseas Territories) Order 2020. Separately, Russia lists the South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands as an “unfriendly” state (government order 3216-r, 29 October 2022): that is Russia's own list of countries it acts against, not a sanction by the South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands.
