# War Balance downloads: data dictionary

Every column of every CSV file in /downloads/: its unit and what it holds. Amounts are totals for 2022 to the data's last month unless a column says otherwise; a share of GDP is against one year's GDP (the 2022–2024 average); above zero toward Ukraine, below zero toward Russia unless a column says otherwise.
